How do I track my order?

Will the furniture come assembled?
All furniture is flat-packaged and will require installation.
I am a bit confused about the size of the bunk and loft beds?
Please see the sizing guide below for more information. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us.

Can I customise my beds?
Yes, our Nobu wallbeds can be customised in preferred sizes and colours, please contact us for more information. Additional charges may apply to customised orders.
Bunk and loft beds can be purchased separately or as a bundled product, you can mix and match most of our items. Prices and discounts (if applicable) for each bundle will be calculated automatically once the items are selected.
Do your bunk beds conform to the Australian Mandatory Safety Standards?
Yes, of course. These are the must-met requirements for all bunk beds sold in Australia.
Where are they made?
Our designers are from Europe, most of them are from Italy. Like many other businesses, the resources and labour intensive parts of our business are currently completed offshore. We are partnering with the best factories in China for manufacturing.
What is your cancellation and returns policy? How do I return an item?

When will I receive my goods?
Any pre-ordered items may take up to eight (8) - sixteen (16) weeks to be delivered to you from the date you placed your Order. We will contact you on or about the time we receive your Order to notify you of the indicative delivery date.
For regional and remote areas, delivery times may be greater than 14 business days for small/in-stock items and greater than 16 weeks for furniture.
Do you provide a warranty?
We warrant all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
EzSpace is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of three years from the date of purchase for furniture, such as bunk beds, loft beds and wallbeds. EzSpace is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of five years from the date of purchase for mattresses. EzSpace is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase for small items.
We do not accept responsibility for any natural characteristics of materials used or any slight dents or marks occurring during transportation.
Our guarantee does not exclude any conditions or warranties implied by the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act, or by state legislation.
Our guarantee is not transferable.
Can I get the installation done through EzSpace?
If you want your furniture to be assembled, please contact us for a quote.
Do you have any discounts for tradies?
We offer a scheme for customers who hold an ABN for professional trade (Interior Designers, Residential Builders, etc.). Conditions apply. If you are unsure whether you're eligible for a discount, please fill out the contact form to discuss your options.
Do you provide international delivery?
We currently provide shipping to customers in the United Kingdom and Europe. For shipping to European countries outside of the UK, please contact us for more information.
